Long description
The fodder particles' length is essential for a good nutrition. Then, too short fibers reduce the rumination and lower the rumen's pH, resulting in the arrival of several pathologies (such as acidosis) and a decrease of the herd cost-effectiveness. Knowing the particles size provides a high quality fodder and maximize the nutrition. This particle separator, developped by the Pennsylvania University, give a precise analysis of the fodder. The system includes: a bottom tray, two thick plastic sieves. A Grimaud et Gelard exclusiveness in France.
